4-3 DEFENSE

My favorite defense, by far. If I had to take over a team tomorrow, I would not run it. But if you are dedicated to your team, and want to teach your players to play great defense, this is the way to go. It made the Miami Hurricanes the team of the 1980′s, won Super Bowls in the 1990′s, and continues to be one of the most popular defenses in football today.
